Refund / Return Policy

  1. Scope of policy application
    All men’s clothing items sold (including but not limited to tops, trousers, accessories, etc.) are Final sales and no-reason returns or refunds are not accepted.
    Customized products, promotional discount products, clearance products and other special categories are subject to this policy by default.
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service within 48 hours after signing for them and provide evidence (such as photos/videos)
    Transportation damage: The goods are damaged or severely stained during the logistics process.
    Wrong item sent: The actual received goods are seriously inconsistent with the order description (such as incorrect style or size).
    Quality issues: Verifiable production defects such as loose thread ends and missing buttons.
    Handling method: We will reissue the correct product for you or provide store points compensation (the original product needs to be returned).
  3. How to file an appeal

    Required to provide: order number, problem description, and clear evidence (more than 3 photos from different angles).
    Processing time: We will reply with the solution by email within 3 to 5 working days.
