- Shipping location and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Slovenia.
Processing time: After placing an order, we will complete the inventory preparation and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (holidays may be postponed).
Mode of transportation: Choose international express or postal service based on your destination. The specific carrier (such as DHL, UPS or local postal service) will notify you by email at the time of shipment. - Delivery range and cost
Coverage area: Global delivery (except for some remote areas. For details, please contact customer service).
Freight calculation
The settlement page automatically displays the freight charges, with the amount based on the destination and the weight of the package.
Orders over €150 enjoy free shipping within Slovenia. Free shipping for international orders over €300 (subject to adjustment during promotions). - Logistics tracking and update
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can check the progress in real time through the carrier’s official website.
If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please contact fluxty@menswearml.com in time to check the order status. - Customs and Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance to avoid delays. - Delay and Loss handling
Logistics delay: Due to factors such as weather and customs clearance, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks of delivery time.
Lost package: If the package has not been delivered within 45 days of transportation, we will assist in initiating an investigation or re-shipping/refunding.
